Well, we told you last night about Josh Hamilton and the Texas Rangers and his relapse this week on alcohol and we got into it and a lot of people called in and talked about it and I talked about being sober again and I just didn’t think, frankly we talked about it enough. I think people should come out and talk about it. I think people should talk about their own problems, demons, cut the bullshit out and get into what it’s like trying to deal with your addictions. I mean don’t even bullshit me, I know millions of you have that problem and that’s a fact and everybody knows it, it’s just that people lie about it and they all think they got it all under control. I mean I know thousands of people that I see every day in my life at work and outside of work that have problems with booze and drugs and they just lie about it that’s just all there is to it, so we’ll get into that tonight.

Brian Cashman, is it true that he’s being stalked and extorted by a lover, the Yankees GM have an extramarital affair? Madonna, is she an old hag or is she hot? Would you do her? Is Israel gonna bomb Iran and set off a world war because Iran says they’ll blow everybody up and what’s our involvement in it? Tebow is still getting attention, can we just wait until next season to talk about Tim Tebow? Seriously, enough of this guy! What does Tim Tebow have to do with the Super Bowl? We Have Tons of Games to Hold Us Over Until Super Bowl Sunday!!

We’re gettin’ closer to the Super Bowl. It’s Wednesday, not Sunday, so that pisses me off. So instead, you got tons of great hockey. By the way, I came roaring back last in hockey. I thought I had a bad night – wrong. I my top seven NHL plays, eight of my top ten, and I was 4-0 in the Puck Lines. There’s five games tonight including the Rangers and Buffalo, Toronto and Pittsburgh again after the Penguins beat ‘em last night in Pittsburgh and the Pens have won eight in a row. Tons of great games in the NBA, Milwaukee and Miami, you got the Clippers and Jazz and how ‘bout Oak City and Dallas? I say bring it on! College basketball, Michigan and Indiana in Ann Arbor, Georgetown and Utah and you got Florida State and Georgia Tech. There’s other good ones as well like San Diego State and Boise, Kansas and Oklahoma, Baylor against A&M and UNLV and Colorado State just to name a few. The Super Bowl high continues from Indy. Everybody’s talking about Eli and Peyton Manning, they’ve become the focal point of the Super Bowl. We’ll hit it all at 8PM East, 5PM West on Sirius XM’s Howard 101.

The Second Half of the NHL Season Kicks Off With a Full Slate!!

Tonight’s going to be awesome at 8PM East, 5PM West on “The Ferrall Show” on Sirius XM’s Howard 101 because hockey’s back after the All-Star break. It’s the push for the playoffs. There’s tons of great games including the Rangers and Devils at the Rock, Pens and Leafs, Boston and Ottawa, Nashville’s been hot and they play in Minnesota. You have Vancouver and Chicago out west as Kane returns to the Blackhawks. There’s also the Sharks hosting Columbus, by the way tomorrow our buddy from the Brewers, Tony Plush, is practicing with the San Jose Sharks. How cool is that?!?! In the NBA tonight, the Knicks are at the Garden against the Pistons, Lakers host Charlotte and Cleveland has the Celtics in Cleveland after beating them in Boston. We’re going to be all over those games in the NBA. We’ll talk about Blake Griffin’s throw down on Kendrick Perkins last night. There’s also some great college hoops tonight including Illinois and Michigan State, Kentucky against Tennessee, Marquette against Seton Hall, Iowa State versus Kansas State in Ames, North Carolina playing Wake, Arkansas taking on Vandy and New Mexico and Air Force. We’ll bring you the latest Super Bowl hype as it’s media day in Indy.

It’s Time to Get Back on Track!!

Well there was only a couple of things you can get out of Sunday’s Pro Bowl and NHL All Star game, and that’s tons of scoring. Team Chara won by three goals over team Alfredsson in the NHL All-Star game in Ottawa, and in the Pro Bowl in Honolulu the AFC shredded the NFC’s ass in the highest scoring game ever where I hit the over easily. Now back to reality tonight. We have West Virginia in Pitt and Missouri in Texas for two good college hoops games. There’s also a full slate in the NBA including the Bulls and Wizards, Philly in Orlando and Heat and Hornets. The Spurs and Memphis should be good too. How about this one…Oak City and Lob Angeles, the Clippers, that’s Blake Griffin dunkin’ like crazy against Kevin Durant. Plus there is Portland at Utah in Salt Lake Shakers. Chael Sonnen is the Most Entertaining Fighter in MMA!!

This guy Chael Sonnen is the craziest, cockiest guy I think the UFC’s ever had. He’s nuts, he makes Tito Ortiz look boring. I love his press confrences. I love how he mocks everybody. He basically thinks he’s Muhammad Ali and he’s fighting Michael Bisping tomorrow night in Chicago on the UFC on Fox. It should be an awesome fight card. The main event has three kickass fights and tons of other prelims that will be on Fuel TV. We’re going to be talking about it tonight, whether you love or hate this guy. We’re going to get into all the fight card matchups and everything else going on, on “The Ferrall Show” on Sirius XM’s Howard 101 at 8PM East, 5PM West.

Kobe’s the highest pay guy in the NBA when you combine salary and endorsements, $53 million a year. We’ll talk about how the American League is just flat out better than the National League when it comes to having the loaded teams. I mean, there’s at least six kickass teams in the American League and there’s just not that many in the National League. We’re going to talk about the NHL All Star game, whether or not you’re going to watch it on Sunday afternoon? We’ll dabble in Matt Flynn, is he the Dolphins next quarterback? That’s what everybody’s saying. We got tons to do.

There’s tons of hoops tonight including Yale and Harvard in college basketball. NBA is a full slate and there’s good games like Indy and Boston and the Bucks and Bulls. Those are kickass games. The Knicks are in Miami, San Antonio in Minnesota might be a good game and you got Oak City, the Thunder, taking on the Warriors in the East Bay. So it’s basically hoops out the wazoo. We’ll hit the Pro Bowl a little bit as well.

How About That Showdown in Lipstick City Last Night!!

There’s two games in the NBA tonight, the Celtics who blew out the Magic the other night and now they rematch and Memphis against the Clippers. You can guarantee we’re going to be talking about that war last night at Staples. Chris Paul didn’t like Pau Gassol rubbing his head and it got chippy. McRoberts was tossed after he was going at it elbow style with Evans. Meta World Peace got into it with Griffin. It was a little chippy and I like that action, but afterwards Billups said it’s no rivalry because they’ve owned it and they win more than we do, so until we start beating them it’s not a rivalry. There’s tons of college basketball tonight like Florida against Ole’ Miss, North Carolina versus NC State and Washington plays at Arizona State. How about this one? Indiana and Wisconsin! I’m all for it! You got other teams in action too, tons of games, we’ll watch it all night.

We’re going to talk about painkillers in the NFL. The Giants love being underdogs in the Super Bowl. Brent Celek was a passenger in a car that crashed and there was a DUI involved there in Ferralladelphia late night last night. We’ll talk about LT’s interview on Showtime on “Inside the NFL” where he talks about how hard life is for him and how people still don’t like Jim Harbough complaining after the loss to the Giants about some of the calls. We’ll talk NHL at the break plus the All-Star Selections in the All-Star Draft as the captain’s pick the players they want on their teams for the game in Ottawa this weekend. We’ll talk UFC on Fox Saturday in Chicago. Nadal beats Federer and Maria Sharapova’s in the final. We were still talking about those title games last night and a lot of Super Bowl hype started. We had great guests. Plus we talked Paterno. Tonight you got one hockey game, Detroit and Montreal. There’s a bunch of NBA: Knicks and Cavs, Miami and Detroit, Oak City and New Orleans, Chicago and the Pacers is probably the best game, plus there’s the Hawks against the Spurs and Lakers versus the Clippers. Certainly we are going to be talking about tons of college basketball: West Virginia against St. Johns, Nova and Louisville, Rutgers against DePaul, Pitt and Providence, Ohio State versus Penn State, Va. Tech against BYU and Seton Hall versus Notre Dame just to name a few. We’re going to get into a lot of other stuff like the NHL All-Star game, is there another spy gate with the field goal gate in New England, Prince Fielder going to the Tigers, Flip Sanders fired by the Wizards and Haney’s book on Tiger. We’ll get into all of that tonight. We didn’t get to talk about Syracuse and Kansas and big wins on Monday night. Kobe’s wife, the ex, she’s going to get a huge offer from basketball wives. Why would she need it if she’s getting $75 million from the baller? Kelly stays in Oregon, we’ll talk that. Tim Thomas blows off the White House, we hit it a little bit last night but we’ll do it again. Looks like the Winter Classic will be in Ann Harbor at Michigan Stadium, The Big House, for 2013. We’ll talk about a former wrestler who gets 32 years for infecting or trying to infect a bunch of women with HIV by having sex with them without their knowledge of his infection. Navy joins the Big East. We’ll talk about UFC on Fox for Saturday night. We’ll talk Super Bowl hype, it’s all over the place.
