A-Rod Hit 600…And No One Cares!!
Let’s talk about A‑Rod for a second, yeah he hit 600 yesterday at Yankee Stadium and he is one of seven guys that have hit 600 and the youngest ever to do it, fair enough. Now I love watching Alex play everyday in New York and get his five at bats and be on the Yankees, it really is fun to watch him play baseball because he is a great baseball player. But, I got to tell you, when a guy breaks a record like that and gets into that elite company and hits his 600th homerun, you’ve got to question why nobody gave a shit. It’s because this guy hit, at least in my opinion, a hundred of them while he was an admitted steroid abuser. I mean the guy used speedys and he was on the juice, just like everybody else in baseball at the time. Pitchers, hitters it didn’t matter, everybody was on it. That is all fine and dandy but he had gigantic inflated homerun numbers over a ten year stretch, so the bottom line is that he cheated hitting the home runs and that’s why nobody cared that he hit his 600th. It took him 50 at bats to do it and the only people that got excited about it were all Yankee broadcasters, and of course ESPN showed it a thousand times because they suck everybody’s dick. I know that they’re not going to put an asterisk next to anybody’s numbers but let’s face it, Bonds, Sosa and A‑Rod were all juiced so only four of the seven in the 600 Club did it clean and Griffey was one of them. So fuck A‑Rod’s 600 when he cheated for a bunch of them. I mean he was hitting so many God damn home runs when he was young because he was lit and I don’t believe for one fucking minute that the guy did steroids once like he claims. I don’t believe anyone that says they did anything once; I smoked pot once, I did coke once, I only stole a car once, I only shoplifted once, I only cheated on my wife once. You’re all full of fucking shit and so is A‑Rod. Don’t get me wrong, I love watching him play because he is a great player. He is phenomenal and I enjoyed watching him finally win a championship with the Yankees last year, their 27th. But his 600 is bullshit, because he cheated through a lot of it and that is why no one gave a shit that he did it and that’s just all there is to it.
