Ferrall Is Sick of the Lebron Watch and fake Journalists!!
It’s gonna be crazy with LeBron James tonight. We go live at 8PM East (5PM West) on Howard 101 on Sirius XM but LeBron’s press conference is at 9PM Easte so we’re gonna be chaotic. We’re gonna send Rashaan Salaam the ball carrier down to the garden to A) see if he can get the feel from the fans of whether or not LeBron’s gonna be a Knick in that 8PM hour, and then he’s also B) gonna be trying to score with Rachel Nichols of ESPN. Wouldn’t it be hilarious if Rashaan was able to bag her, or get her number at least. That’d be awesome. But the whole country’s gonna be eyes on LeBron with every TV is gonna be turned on that press conference and ESPN’s gonna get huge ratings. They’ve bastardized the whole thing anyway, and they’ve been sucking off these players, these free agents, and acting like – you know I said to Parrish the other day that Michael Wilbon of ESPN, he sucks off these players like they’re his best friends, like he’s all down with them and he’s buddy-buddy, hanging out, going out, having drinks with them, going to dinner, chilling the most, spending weekends with them at their crib. It’s a joke and I get sick of these media “so‑called journalist,” reporters and broadcasters that actually believe that they’re reporting on stuff and breaking stories about players, when all they’re really doing is sucking up to these athletes and trying to play like they know this guy or that guy? There’s no such thing as being a sports journalist anymore.
At the very least when I do the show I’m an entertainer, man. I get in there with these guys and make them laugh and talk about how much ass they get, talk about where they party, where they eat, what their life’s like. I ask them cool questions and get down and dirty with them. We’re gonna be all over the LeBron thing, you know it’s gonna be crazy and we’ll get tons of fans calling in with their opinions of where he’s going, and when he finally makes his decision they’ll go nuts. I sure the phones are going to be chaotic for a couple of hours. I just have this weird feeling, I mean why is he having this thing in Greenwich, Connecticut. If that’s true, that he’s having that press conference in Greenwich, Connecticut, that just smells like Knicks to me. That he wants to hook up with Amar’e Stoudamire. I don’t think he wants to play with Wade and Boss down in Miami and everybody else seems to think he’s going to Cleveland. That’s it, basically down to the Cavs and Knicks. For two years New York’s been waiting for this guy and if he goes to Greenwich and then says he’s going to Cleveland, he may not get out of Greenwich alive.
Don’t forget to go to ScottBeatstheMan.com for all my picks. In baseball there’s 12 games: 4 day games, 8 night games on Thursday and obviously we’re gonna be talking a little bit about that World Cup final on Sunday between Spain and the Netherlands. That’s gonna be awesome, of course. Spain beat Germany 1‑0 to get into the final. So that game’s gonna be sick.

If you’re in New York City and you want a custom-made suite, even if you’re not in New York City, you can just look up Joseph’s Custom Clothier on Third Avenue in Manhattan and call and ask for my boy, Joey Wendt. You got neck pain, spine pain, back pain or whatever it is, go to The Spine & Health center of Montvale, New Jersey and ask for Dr. Pete or Dr. Kelly and they’ll set you straight. I’ll see you tonight on the show at 8PM East (5PM West) on Sirius XM’s Howard 101. Have a great day. Shake it up!
